Tracking Technologies
We, our service providers, and select marketing and analytics partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to collect information automatically when you visit our website. These technologies fall into the following general categories:
- Essential/Functional - technologies that keep the website running properly, remember your cookie consent preferences, and support embedded tools such as our online appointment-scheduling widget.
- Analytics - technologies, including those provided by Google and by our website hosting platform, that help us understand how visitors use our website.

Some of the analytics and advertising technologies described in our Cookie Policy - including tools that support and measure our advertising on social media and search platforms - may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws. In jurisdictions where opt-in consent is required before such technologies may operate (including the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, and California), we do not enable them until you affirmatively consent through our cookie consent banner. In other jurisdictions, you may opt out of this sharing at any time using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" option described in Section 10.
4. Data Security & Secure Transmission
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
All pages on this website, including contact forms and intake submissions, are transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption. Given that immigration clients share sensitive documents including passport numbers, visa records, and employment history, we treat secure transmission as a baseline requirement.
We have executed data processing agreements with our key analytics and technology vendors, where required by applicable law. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies - provided by us and by third parties, including analytics providers, advertising and marketing partners, our website hosting provider, and embedded third-party tools - to operate our website, understand how it is used, and, in permitted jurisdictions, support our marketing efforts.
Consent Management
We use a cookie consent management platform that applies different rules depending on your location:
- Opt-in jurisdictions. In jurisdictions that require consent before tracking (currently including the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, California, Canada, Brazil, and South Africa), a consent banner is displayed and all non-essential cookies and tracking technologies remain blocked until you affirmatively accept them. We record your consent choices and, where supported, signal your preference to Google and other vendors using an industry-standard consent-signaling framework.
- Other jurisdictions. Other jurisdictions. In jurisdictions where opt-in consent is not required, including most of the United States and certain other regions, non-essential cookies may operate by default. You may opt out of this processing at any time by selecting “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the website footer (or the applicable opt-out option, where available).
We also honor browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request, and you may change your cookie preferences at any time through our consent banner or preference center.
IP Anonymization: Where technically supported, our analytics tools are configured to reduce the precision of location data collected.
Opt-Out: In addition to our cookie preference center, you may adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or use the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out tool (https://optout.aboutads.info).
For a current, itemized list of the specific cookies and similar technologies used on our website, see our Cookie Policy.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: If you wish to opt out of the sharing of your information with analytics or advertising providers, click "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or adjust your preferences via our consent banner. We also honor browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request.
